Performance Management Workshop

Belfast One is hosting a calendar of business workshops starting in May 2019 until March 2020. Each workshop is free for Belfast One members to attend and will cover HR, finance, marketing and customer service.

We are delighted to announce our first workshop will be on Performance Management, delivered by SureSkills, on Tuesday 28 May. There will be two sessions from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm.

This workshop will cover:

• The personal side of appraisals.

• The importance of ongoing monitoring.

• Difficulties arising from performance management.

• Absence management.
